Thank you so much for visiting the Center for CBT in New York City blog. We hope you’ll come back regularly to read more information about specific types of therapy as well as tips and strategies you can use to improve resilience and manage stress, worry, and other difficult experiences every day. Don’t forget, even the best blog post is no substitute for a therapy session, so get in touch with us any time you want to chat with a professional. We’re here to help.
What You Can Expect from Our Blog
In our monthly blog, you’ll find information and resources about a range of therapy topics. This information is an ideal supplement to your therapy plan with one of our team members. It’s also a great place to find out more about therapy and how it can benefit you before you begin visiting with a therapist. If you’ve previously worked with one of our therapists, our monthly blog may offer continuing support to keep you informed and help you refocus if it’s been a while since your last session (don’t forget you can always come back from a check in session if things get rocky).
Meet Our Team
Just like any relationship in your life, the one you share with your therapist is all about what works for you. No two people need the same thing in a therapeutic relationship, so it’s important to find the right therapist who “gets” you. The more comfortable you feel expressing yourself, the more beneficial your therapy sessions will be. Each therapist on our team brings their own unique set of skills, knowledge, and experience to the practice, so take a moment to get to know each of us a little better on our Meet the Team page. If you’re still not sure which therapist will be a good fit for your needs, don’t hesitate to reach out to schedule a consultation. We’ll help you find the clinician who will be a perfect fit for you.
Therapy Services We Offer
Our skilled therapists are happy to work with adults, young people over the age of ten, and couples.
