Sabrina Manzo, LMSW

Sabrina Manzo, LMSW is a graduate of Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work. Sabrina has experience working with clients from the ages of two to 75 years of age. Sabrina has enjoyed the opportunity to work with clients across the lifespan and brings a developmental lens to all her work.

Sabrina implements Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction in her work with clients. Her approach is very authentic and her clients often comment on how helpful, present and accepting she is in her sessions.

Sabrina’s goal in therapy is to help clients shift thoughts and behaviors so they can release old patterns that no longer work for them. She provides therapy with a focus on providing tools and strategies for change so clients feel as if they have something to practice between sessions.

Sabrina believes that a holistic approach to therapy is necessary because each person has unique circumstances and needs. She believes in finding your highest self and embracing the journey of getting there. She is grateful to walk this journey with her clients.

She knows that ut is hard work trying to change your behavior and to reach for your goals, but she knows it can also be enjoyable work if you have the right person by your side.

Sabrina grew up as the oldest of five siblings and loved the dynamics of her big family. She has always had a love for food and cooking, experimenting with recipes and exchanging ideas for new meals is one of her favorite things to do in her spare time. She also loves to camp and challenge herself in the outdoors, this goes hand in hand with her love for swimming. Swimming has become almost a meditative practice for Sabrina that she helps her allow the time to clear her head.
